My necessary level of expertise in real estate appraisal is based on well-founded academic training as well as several years’ experience in the area of financing.
I fulfil my responsibilities towards my clients by continuously expanding my knowledge:
- University degree at the University of Innsbruck (Business Studies)
- Real estate valuation course at the Centre of Valuation and Certification in Graz (intensive methodical examination of comparative value, capitalised earnings and asset value procedures, as well as the discounted cash flow method and residual value method)
- Masterdegree in “International Real Estate Valuation” at the Danube-University in Krems (consolidation of the content learned at the Centre of Valuation and Certification in Graz within the context of appraising residential, commercial and management properties, as well as dealing with key issues of real estate appraisal with a special emphasis on international aspects and valuation approaches)
- Member of the Tirol and Vorarlberg state association for sworn and certified appraisers in Austria
